Dr. Chinwe Effiong is an accomplished international development professional with extensive leadership experience across philanthropy, social impact, academia, government and the private sector.

She is the Founder and CEO of the Enterprise Succession Project (ESP), a venture philanthropy firm dedicated to strategically resourcing young, startup to growth-stage entrepreneurs with the capital required to scale their solutions.
